Mentoring

Over the course of my career in the business world, I’ve heard a lot about mentoring and the benefits of mentoring. In laymen’s terms, mentoring is taking an individual under your wings and helping that individual to grow wings of their own so they too can succeed; and ultimately, so they too can become a mentor for others. Mentoring is an avenue where one can share knowledge, resources, expertise, perspectives and proficiencies. In essence, mentoring is the best form of on-the-job training that one can receive.

As we continue to learn more and more about alpacas, we realize how important mentoring is to your success. We will be there to support and mentor you and the vision that you have for your farm. You will be able to learn from our experiences.
